Returns

If your not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with original tags attached & free from any dog hair for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs.

Faulty/damaged Returns

If you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us and let us know the item fault. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

Exchanges

If you would like to change the size, colour or print of your item that’s no problem. Please email us at daisymaesdogcollars@gmail.com and let us know what you would like instead. When returning items to us, you are responsible for postage costs and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to help ensure it’s safe arrival as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
